Em Boogie's mission is to educate, empower, and encourage your students and your student athletes to elevate their self-worth and LEVEL UP their CONF1DENCE.
She believes making life decisions based on insecurities leads to poor decisions. A study found that “when students do not fully trust their abilities to perform their academic tasks, they exhibit behaviors such as passivity, distraction, and mental detachment.”
When students learn how to overcome their insecurities, accept the things they can't change about themselves, and change the things they can, they begin to operate at a higher level of Conf1dence which results in making better life choices.
